Meet Shivani Agarwal
I started Franchise Batao because I kept meeting people with the ambition to run their own business and no clear map for getting there. The questions were always the same — which brand, how much capital, what actually happens after you sign. Answering them one conversation at a time turned into a platform, and then into a podcast.
Today I split my time between building businesses and recording the conversations behind them. On Shivani Agarwal Talks I sit down with entrepreneurs, experts and creators to hear the parts of the story that don't make it to LinkedIn. On BizTalk by Shivani we get specific — unit economics, franchise models, first hires, what a bad month teaches you. Alongside all of it, I run Shivashish, a natural stone products brand rooted in traditional Indian practices.
